Shipping/Returns/Exchanges Policies

Shipping:
Ugly Ink Clothing ships orders within the United States by the US Postal Service, which usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located in the US. Your order usually ships within 1-7 business days after you receive a confirmation email from us stating that we have received your order. Ugly Ink charges sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona. Recipients of orders outside of Arizona are responsible for obeying state and local tax laws.

Returns/Exchanges:
Ugly Ink Clothing does not accept items back for refunds – only exchanges. There are 3 reasons why we will accept an exchange:

-The item is the wrong size

-We shipped you the wrong item

-We shipped you a defective item

*If you fall under one of these three categories, Ugly Ink Clothing must still authorize all exchanges.

To receive authorization for an exchange, please contact our customer service department by emailing us at [email protected]. After we have reviewed your message, we will then issue you a Returned Merchandise Authorization number also called an RMA number. Using your RMA#, we will exchange your item for the correct item. All items must be returned in a new, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags still attached. Please also include the original invoice with your RMA# written at the top along with a written reason for returning the product.

If we shipped you a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to qualify for an exchange. If you do not provide us with proper notification within the allotted timeframe, we will not authorize your exchange.

Once we have issued you a Returned Merchandise Authorization, you must then ship the item(s) to us within the allotted timeframe (14 business days) or the RMA# will expire, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Our Mailing address is:

We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges unless we made a processing error. If we do make an error, we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD.

When you ship the item back, please insure the package for the full value of the item and send it back to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include the original invoice (a photocopy or printout is ok) and the RMA#.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Once we have received and processed your exchange, we will notify you via email.
